Cancellation Policy
At Armigrams, we take pride in creating unique, high-quality products using macrame and other premium materials. Many of our items are handcrafted or made-to-order, which means each piece is carefully prepared once an order is confirmed. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect this process while offering fair options to our customers.
1. Cancellation Before Processing
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet entered production or been shipped.
- To request cancellation, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If the cancellation request is approved, and the order is prepaid, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
2. Cancellation After Order Processing or Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:
- Moved into the production phase (especially for handcrafted macrame items).
- Dispatched to the courier for delivery.
- In such cases, the product will be delivered to you as scheduled, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply only in cases of damage or defects.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
- Customised products, including bulk orders, gift combos, or made-to-order macrame designs, are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
- These products begin production shortly after order placement and are made specifically for your request.
4. Prepaid Orders
- If your prepaid order qualifies for cancellation (within 12 hours and not yet processed), the refund will be made to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
