Refund Policy

At Armigrams, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made with care, using a mix of handcrafted and machine-manufactured processes. Since many of our items are made to order, customized, or created using natural and variable materials like Macramé, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of both our customers and our craft.


1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for orders due to change of mind, dislike of color/texture variations, or general dissatisfaction after use.
  • A refund is only applicable under the following conditions:
    • You received a damaged product.
    • You received a wrong item (completely different from what you ordered).
    • The product is defective or non-functional at the time of delivery (in applicable categories).

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear images or videos showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item).
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (if return pickup is required).
  • The issue must be verified and approved by our support team after review.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Minor imperfections or variations in color, texture, stitching, or size (especially for handcrafted products).
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or external circumstances beyond our control.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized products, including bulk/corporate orders.
  • Products returned without proper communication and approval.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • You may be asked to return the product (if required).
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.
  • You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund is successfully processed.

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund:

  • If only a part of your order was damaged.
  • If the product issue is minor and does not impact usability.
  • If you opt to keep the product despite the defect (based on mutual agreement).
