At Armigrams, we’re committed to delivering your handcrafted and machine-made macrame products with care, speed, and transparency. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your orders will reach you.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Handcrafted or custom-made products may take additional time depending on complexity and demand.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Duration

We offer shipping across India. Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days depending on the location and courier service.

Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier issues beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above a certain value (if applicable—customizable by you).
  • A nominal shipping fee may be applied to COD orders or low-value purchases. This will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reputed courier services and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Our partners may vary based on delivery location and product type.


6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Armigrams is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or weather conditions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Delays from courier partners.

We will, however, assist you in tracking the shipment and coordinating with the courier service for updates.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding globally and will update once this service becomes available.


9. Packaging

All products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In case of any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please record a video or photo before opening and report it to our support team immediately.
