Return & Exchange

At Armigrams, every product is crafted with care—using quality macrame and other materials—to bring you thoughtfully designed handcrafted and machine-manufactured items. Since many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we maintain a transparent return and exchange policy as follows:


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You provide clear photo/video proof of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift combos or limited edition items
  • Items purchased during sales or discounts
  • Accessories like keychains, gajras, hand bands, etc. (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via:

  2. Share your Order ID and clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
  3. Once your request is approved, you may be asked to:
    • Ship the product back to our return address.
    • Or, in some cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable).

4. Exchange Policy

  • If your return request qualifies, we will either:
    • Ship a replacement product of the same type, OR
    • Issue a credit voucher valid for future purchases (if the same item is unavailable).

5. Refund for Approved Returns

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of prepaid orders where a replacement is not possible.
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • No action will be taken on requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • If a return is approved and the product is found used or damaged during inspection, no refund or exchange will be processed.
